Products Description

About CR Rubber Seals

Neoprene is polymerized from chloroprene monomer and is a polar rubber between saturated and unsaturated. The vulcanized CR rubber has relatively good ozone resistance (better than NR, SBR, NBR, worse than EPDM, IIR), weather resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and also has good mechanical properties And good low temperature elasticity, good anti-twisting performance, resistant to dilute acid, silicon ester lubricating oil, but not resistant to phosphate ester hydraulic oil. CR rubber is easy to crystallize and harden at low temperature, has poor storage stability, and has a large amount of expansion in mineral oil with a low aniline point.

Unleashing the Superior Power of Neoprene (CR Materials)

In the generation of CR rubber seals, the performance of the material has been fully reflected, and the combination of innovation and application has redefined the new sealing solution. Available in durometers ranging from 20 to 90 Shore A and in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 100°C, these seals provide parallel performance in different environments.

Electronic CR Rubber Seals

CR Rubber Seals Advantages

1.Aging resistance:The aging resistance of CR rubber materials is usually related to its chemical composition, structure and service conditions. Therefore, when designing and selecting CR rubber materials, it is necessary to consider its service conditions and aging resistance.

2.Heat resistance:The heat resistance of CR rubber seals is equivalent to that of nitrile rubber, the decomposition temperature is 230-260 °C, the short-term resistance is 120-150 °C, and it can be used for a long time at 80-100 °C. It has certain flame retardancy.

3.Good acid and alkali resistance:CR rubber is widely used because of its good mechanical properties, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and its outstanding performance is used in the chemical industry.

4.Good physical and mechanical properties:CR rubber has good physical and mechanical properties, especially the resilience, tear strength and flex crack resistance are better than W type, the vulcanization rate is fast, it can be vulcanized with metal oxides, the elastic recovery is low during processing, and the molding adhesion sex is better.

5.Chemical Resistant:The chemical corrosion resistance of CR rubber is also very good, except for strong oxidizing acids, other acids and alkalis have little effect on it.

Application of CR Rubber Seals

1.Construction industry:Due to its weather resistance, temperature resistance and pressure resistance, CR rubber is used in gaskets, bridge bearing pads, elevator astragalus and other construction materials.

2.Medical industry:Because of its flexibility, abrasion resistance, and ability to retain its shape over time, CR rubber is used to make supports and braces, including wrist, knee, and elbow supports.

3.Electronics industry:The fire and antistatic properties of CR rubber explain why it is commonly used as an insulator in power transformers, light bulbs, wires and other electrical applications. For the same reason, CR Rubber Seals are also used as protectors for electronics such as laptops, as well as for its cushioning capabilities.

4.Automotive industry:CR rubber is used in the manufacture of automotive parts because it is resistant to abrasion, tearing, solvents, oils, weather, heat and fire. CR Rubber Seals can be found in door and window seals, hose covers, belts, shock absorbers and shock absorber seals.

5.Marine industry:CR rubber is also used in wetsuits and wetsuits due to its waterproof and heat-resistant properties – nitrogen gas is added to increase insulation, which increases overall buoyancy, so wetsuits must be weighted to prevent them from floating or pulling the diver back to the surface. However, because CR rubber contains air pockets and becomes compressed as pressure increases, the efficiency of CR rubber wetsuits decreases with water depth and distance from the surface.
