Products Description

High pressure washer rubber seals

In pressure washers, the following accessories may use rubber seals

  • High-pressure nozzle and nozzle: The high-pressure nozzle and nozzle are key components in the high-pressure cleaning machine, used to generate high-pressure water flow. They usually use rubber seals with the nozzle head to ensure good sealing at the connection between the nozzle and the nozzle head and prevent water leakage.
  • Pump body seal: The water pump in a pressure washer usually includes a pump body, which contains the working parts of the pump. Pump bodies often require rubber seals to ensure proper pump operation and prevent leaks.
  • High-pressure hose connection: Pressure washers use high-pressure hoses to deliver water flow. Hose connections, such as quick connectors, swivel joints, etc., usually require rubber seals to ensure the sealing of the connection to prevent water leakage.
  • Control valve seal: The control valve in the high-pressure cleaner is used to control the switching and regulation of the water flow. These valves often require rubber seals to ensure the seal of the valve to prevent pressure leakage or uncontrolled flow of water.
  • Pump Piston Seal: Some pressure washers use a plunger or piston pump to create a high-pressure flow of water. These pumps typically include a piston or plunger and require a rubber seal to ensure a tight seal between the piston or plunger and the pump body to prevent leakage.

Products High pressure washer nozzle rubber seal Description

High pressure washer nozzle rubber seal

Rubber seals are usually used at the pump body seals of high-pressure cleaners to ensure the normal operation of the pump and prevent leakage. These rubber seals are located at strategic locations on the pump body to seal the connections between the pump body and other components.

Common rubber seals at pump body seals include

  • Seal between pump body and pump head: The pump in a high-pressure cleaning machine usually consists of a pump body and a pump head. Rubber seals are used to ensure good sealing at the connection between the pump body and the pump head to prevent water leakage.
  • Seal between pump body and motor: The pump of a pressure washer is usually driven by a motor. Rubber seals can be used at the connection between the pump body and the motor to ensure a tight and sealed connection, preventing water from leaking into the inside of the motor.

These rubber seals are usually made of pressure-resistant, corrosion-resistant rubber materials to withstand high-pressure water flow and cleaning agent environments. The specific rubber seal type and design depends on the model and manufacturer of the pressure washer.

Detailed introduction of high pressure cleaning machine control valve seals

Common types of control valve seals include

  • Rubber seals: In some types of control valves, rubber seals are used to seal the connection between the valve body and the valve core. This sealing ring is usually made of pressure-resistant and chemical-resistant rubber material to ensure good sealing between the moving part of the valve core and the valve body.
The material selection for the rubber sealing ring of a pressure washer control valve usually depends on the specific application and working environment.

Materials

  • Nitrile Rubber (NBR): Nitrile rubber is a commonly used sealing ring material with good oil resistance and wear resistance. It is suitable for general industrial applications, but has poor durability under high temperatures and strongly chemically corrosive media.
  • Fluorocarbon Rubber (FKM): Fluorocarbon Rubber is a rubber material that is resistant to high temperatures and chemical corrosion. It provides excellent sealing performance in high pressure and high temperature environments and is suitable for applications requiring high durability and chemical stability.
  • Propylene Rubber (EPDM): Propylene rubber has good oxidation resistance and aging resistance, and is suitable for outdoor environments and some acid-base media. However, its resistance to oils and solvents is weak.
  • Chloroprene Rubber (CR): Chloroprene rubber is a sealing ring material with good oil resistance and wear resistance. It is suitable for general industrial applications and some special environments, such as seawater.
  • Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE): PTFE is a very chemically resistant material with a low coefficient of friction and good high temperature resistance. It is commonly used in high-pressure sealing applications requiring high levels of chemical stability and durability.
  • Bloom sealing ring: Bloom sealing ring is a metal seal widely used in control valves in high pressure and high temperature environments. It is made of metal material and has good pressure resistance and wear resistance. Bloom sealing rings are usually installed between the valve core and the valve seat to achieve sealing through pressure and deformation.
  • Hydraulic seals: For some hydraulic control valves, hydraulic seals are used to achieve a seal between the valve core and the valve seat. Hydraulic seals are typically made from pressure-, wear- and chemical-resistant materials to withstand high-pressure fluids and frequent movement.

Certificaton

ISO 9001: This is an international standard for quality management systems that ensures manufacturers have a proper quality management system in place to ensure product quality and consistency.

ISO 14001: This is an international standard for environmental management systems that ensures manufacturers properly manage the environment during product manufacturing to reduce environmental impact.

RoHS Certification: The RoHS (Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances) directive limits the content of certain hazardous substances used in electronic and electrical equipment. As an integral part of the control valve, the rubber sealing ring needs to comply with the substance requirements restricted by the RoHS directive.

REACH Certification: REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) is a European chemical regulation that requires manufacturers to register and evaluate the chemical substances used to ensure their safety. Chemical substances used in rubber seals need to comply with REACH regulations.

FDA certification: If the rubber seal comes into contact with food or pharmaceutical applications, it may need to comply with the requirements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to ensure its safety for human health.
