✭Automatic quality inspection
In order to meet the ppm requirements for appearance and ensure that the dimensions of O-rings and washers are 100% within specification values, the company invested in more than a dozen automatic quality inspection machines imported from Italy to automatically calculate CPK values without human error.

They are mainly responsible for product mold inspection, manual deburring, full inspection, etc. The first-time pass rate of quality inspection is as high as 90%, meeting the requirements of manufacturers in various industries.

Instructions for use

■ Installation preparation
1. Before installation, check the appearance and size of the rubber bellows kit to ensure there is no damage or deformation.
2. Clean and check the flange surface of the connecting pipe to ensure that the surface is smooth, clean and free of any impurities.
3. Check the connecting flanges and bolts of the kit to ensure they fit and comply with relevant standards.

■ Installation process
1. Connect one end of the rubber bellows kit to a flange and secure it to the flange using appropriate bolts.
2. Align the flange at the other end with the flange of the target pipe and tighten it with bolts.
3. According to the recommended torque value provided by the manufacturer, tighten the bolts gradually and alternately to ensure that the flange connection is even and tight.

■ Precautions for use
1. During use, avoid excessive bending, twisting or stretching of the rubber bellows kit to avoid damaging its structure and performance.
2. Ensure that the working pressure and temperature of the piping system do not exceed the rated value range of the bellows kit.
3. Regularly check the appearance and connections of the rubber bellows kit to ensure there are no damages, cracks or loose bolts.
4. Avoid exposing the rubber bellows kit to harmful chemicals, solvents or high temperature environments to avoid affecting its performance and life.
